Wine Review: This wine is very dark purple in color, almost black. It opens with a light black cherry bouquet with hints of oak and spice. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very flavorful, has some structure, but easy going and elegant. The flavor profile is black cherry. The finish is very very dry and has moderate tannins that linger for some time. This wine would pair nicely with a comfort food like meatloaf. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Concentrated and rich aromas of dark chocolate and black fruit are framed by toasty oak and vanillin scents. Full and juicy in the mouth, the flavors of currants and black cherry are supported by ripe tannins. Black fruit and taosty oak combine to form the lengthy finish.

Organic status: not organic
