Wine Review: This is the second year in a row that I have recommended the Westside Zin from Peachy Canyon. This dark red wine opens with a nose that is slightly musty with notes of mint. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, juicy, has nice vibrancy, and shows pleasant black cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and has soft tannins that drift away nicely. This is a very good food wine that I would recommend pairing with barbeque steak tips. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: First notice the opulent color of this wine. Beautifully balanced with minty cloves and minerality that are complimented by spice and a hint of sweet chocolate. Enjoy with a rack of lamb.

Organic status: not organic
