This pale yellow wine opens with a very inviting ripe orange like bouquet with floral and aloe notes. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is nicely balanced, creamy, a bit viscous, with very luscious orange and lychee like flavors. The finish lingers nicely and is quite pleasing. This very drinkable dessert wine is a little light on its feet for a dessert wine. This is nice and makes it a perfect paring partner for a “non rich” dessert. We see this wine pairing nicely with a fruit tart, apple pie ala mode or even sorbet. It is easy to want more of this wine.
