Wine Review: This pale yellow wine from little Turtle Creek Winery was recommended by our tasting panel during our recent blind tasting of Sauvignon Blancs. The fruit is from Napa but the wine is vinified, aged, & bottled in Lincoln, MA. It opens with a pleasant gooseberry like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is round, a bit racy and slightly tart with intense lime like flavors. The finish is dry and very refreshing. The panel felt this wine would go well with ham, melon wrapped in prosciutto, or other salty foods. Enjoy - KWGTP
