Wine Review: This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc from Chile was recently recommended by our tasting panel. This wine opens with a ripe pear like bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this light bodied wine is balanced, crisp, mouthwatering, and displays light lime like flavors with plenty of minerality. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with bruschetta or ham with sliced pineapple.
