Wine Review: This organic red blend from Bonterra was the first wine I recommended during the live blogging session at this year’s Wine Bloggers conference. This dark ruby wine opens with a cherry vanilla like bouquet. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is smooth and balanced. Its flavor profile is cherry flavors with a touch of spice and light raspberry. The finish is quite dry and its very well managed tannins sail on for quite some time. I would pair this wine with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
