Wine Review: This wine is delightful and very consistent from year to year. The 2005 opens with a slightly fruity and steely bouquet. On the palate, the wine has very good balance between its lemon-lime fruit flavors and acidity. The wine is very food friendly and paired nicely with our seafood. The finish is slightly dry and refreshing. Enjoy this wine poolside this summer. - Ken
