Wine Review: This wine opens with a blast of grapefruit aromas. It bouquet is so inviting that I could relish it all day long. On the palate, the wine has a citrus flavor profile that exhibits liveliness and refreshing acidity. The finish is dry and has noteworthy persistence. This wine would be an excellent match for a ham dinner. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: An aromatic mix of limes, passionfruit and melon with undertones of gooseberry and green capsicum adding complexity. The firm but balanced acidity and clean crisp flavours make this a mouth filling and lingering wine.
