Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a vanilla and oak influenced bouquet. On the palate, the wine is round, has good acidity, and has some forward lemon custard like flavors with hints of vanilla and oak. The finish is dry and nicely extended. This is classic CA Chardonnay. This wine would pair very well with Chicken St. Timothy. (Chicken sautéed in butter, heavy cream & Chard) Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aged in 35% new,François Frères French oak for 14 months, then gently bottled without fining or filtration, the wine boasts intense aromas of Asian pear, green apple, toasted hazelnut and integrated oak. Our signature combination of richness and elegance is evidenced by the creamy, crisp flavors of lemon pie and exotic spice, all buoyed by the bright, fresh acidity.
