Wine Review: I closed a day of tasting wines from Paso Robles with this tasty wine from Clayhouse. This wine opens with a pleasant blackberry bouquet. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, a touch acidic, fleshy, and jammy. The finish is dry and a bit prolonged. Enjoy this wine while grilling this summer. - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Adobe Red is a proprietary blend with Flavors of vanilla bean, spice, ripe dark fruits, blueberry, and cherry which give way to bold tannins accompanied by light oak flavors.

Organic status: not organic
