Wine Review: We had the pleasure of having Jerome, the winemaker from Mader at a recent charity tasting we held. Several of the tasting panel members were present and stated that this wine could have won our recent Riesling tasting. This wine opens with a fresh and mild bouquet. On the palate, the wine is quite lively and has very nice balance between its fruit and its acidity. The finish is dry and lingers for some time. This wine will pair very nicely with chicken picatta.
