This wine is extremely food friendly and delicious. This wine opens with a moderate chocolate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is soft, round, and had cherry fruit forward flavors. Our group thought this wine was very versatile and would pair well with salmon, pork tenderloin, and chicken marsala. The finish is nicely dry and slightly extended.
