Wine Review: This rich yellow wine opens with a pleasant lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is creamy, full bodied, rich, and displays rich lemon custard like flavors with a touch of oak flavors. This wine is delicious. On the finish, it is dry and lingers for a bit. This would match perfectly with halibut smothered with a cream and butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Dobles Lías shows an engaging, lively nose of lemon zest, hazelnut, tapioca pudding and sweet spices. The bright fruit reminiscent of Granny Smith apples stays on and on in the palate. The well integrated oak, creamy mouthfeel, structure and balance make it easy to enjoy right now but with potential for long aging.
