Wine Review: This white gold wine opens with a pleasant apricot bouquet that is quite inviting. On the palate, the wine is round, juicy, and has citrus like flavors with hints of honey. The finish is dry, a touch acidic, and tingly. This wine would pair nicely with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A Caribbean abyss awaits in every glass, starting with a nose full of orange blossoms and honeysuckles and a palate ripe with apricots and peaches. A hint of pink grapefruit finishes with the classic touch of honey that marks a hand crafted Viognier aged in neutral French oak. Always a favorite for those hot summer nights, pair this Viognier with some spicy grilled shrimp and a fresh berry tart and watch the bottle disappear!
