Wine Review: I recently attended a wine tasting and meet winemaker Laurent Tibes. This wine really impressed me as I went through his portfolio. This very dark purple wine opens with a very old world earthy styled bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth as silk and dry. It is captivating! The flavor profile is forward plum with hints of spice. The finish is very very dry and nicely extended. This is a perfect wine for a steak and will also do well out of your cellar for the next few years. Enjoy - Ken
