On the palate, this wine is smooth, really well balanced, slightly dry, and displays really juicy mild cherry like flavors with a little integrated oak. This wine is very easy to drink and more new world styled than you might expect. This would be a Very Good introductory wine for those exploring the Malbecs of Cahors. This wine is ready to drink now and would pair perfectly with pork tenderloin and meatloaf. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Dark, shining and limpid red. End evolving/moving gradually on red fruit notes slightly liquoriced. Typified and without excess. Of a beautiful balance which gets a real pleasure. A harmonious wine of beautiful constitution molten and ready to drink. Organic status: not organic Buy it: Use 1000 Corks to find stores that sell . Subscribers: Have you tried this wine?
