Wine Review: Medium yellow, gold in color with tinges of green, this wine features a lovely bouquet of ripe apple, lemon, fig, flowers and faint hints of vanilla. Full-bodied and richly textured, the palate opens up with a floral, fruity blast of flavor and refreshing acidity which then evolves into a toasty, lemony finish with a tinge of butter that goes on and on. This versatile wine would be my first choice with a rich, buttery, baked stuffed lobster making for the ultimate dining experience. Enjoy - Kara
