Wine Review: This white gold colored wine opens with a fresh and very inviting green apple like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, has some viscosity, and displays tangy lime like flavors. The finish is dry and refreshing, but subtle. This is a good summer wine that would pair well with swordfish with drizzled lemon. Enjoy – Ken
