Wine Review: I recently showed this wine at a local tasting that I conducted. This wine was very well received. This dark red brick colored wine opens with a pleasant cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is very well balanced, dry, very approachable for a young Barbaresco, and displays pleasant cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and has lasting fine tannins. This wine would pair perfectly with a beef stroganoff or pheasant. Enjoy – Ken
