Winemaker Notes: A full and rich Zinfandel with distinctive flavors of cassis, blackberry, plum, and black peppercorn and a background note of spicy oak. A great zin for serving with barbecued meats, such as ribs or salmon, or vegetables, such as portobello mush rooms or grilled eggplant. Will drink best 2008 through 2010, or decant for immediate drinking.
