Wine Review: One of the things I love about the Boston wine Expo is the new discoveries we make. This year we found a really nice dessert wine from Saviez Vineyards. This straw yellow wine opens with a wonderfully aromatic floral like bouquet with hints of apricot and orange blossom. On the palate, this sweet wine is full bodied, rich, concentrated, and has terrific ripe light pear, pineapple, and apricot flavors. The finish is refreshing and lingers nicely. This wine would be a great wine to finish the evening with. Pair it with sharp cheddar cheese and green apple slices. Enjoy - Ken
