Wine Review: If you are looking for a Very Good Bordeaux that won’t completely break the bank, then consider this one from Potensac in Medoc. This dark ruby wine opens with a light black cherry bouquet with a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is round and shows slight sour cherry like flavors. The finish is dry and a bit brief. This wine was paired with a pan seared petit filet of beef dish that we enjoyed. It complemented it well. Enjoy – Ken
