Wine Review: This very opaque dark purple wine opens with a very fragrant light blackberry bouquet with hints of pepper and spice. On the palate, this full bodied wine is very smooth, well balanced, and has juicy red cherry flavors. The finish is dry, has soft tannins, and lingers slightly. This wine would be a wonderful complement for a slow cooked pot roast. Enjoy - Ken
