Wine Review: I enjoyed this wine with our main course recently while at a dinner highlighting the wines of Vouvray. This pale yellow wine opens with a pleasant light lime like bouquet with hints of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is slightly creamy, balanced, a touch sweet while displaying ripe pear like flavors. The finish is refreshing, but brief. As I mentioned this wine complimented our buttermilk braised organic chicken with wild rice drizzled with a wild mushroom sauce. Enjoy this bargain of a wine – Ken
