Wine Review: This dark ruby wine opens with a cherry like bouquet with a little old world mustiness. On the palate, this wine is very smooth, well balanced, and has dusty cherry flavors that are quite appealing and food friendly. The finish is dry, has soft tannins that linger for some time. This wine would pair nicely with pork tenderloin with a brown butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken
