Wine Review: This combination of Seyval and Vidal worked for me when we were going through our flight of white hybrid wines at the 2008 Golden Nose Awards. This very very pale yellow wine opens with a light floral bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is easy to drink and displays gentle apple and lime like flavors. The finish is clean and brief. This wine could easily be enjoyed with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken
