Wine Review: This very dark purple wine is almost black. It opens with a heavenly ripe blackberry like bouquet with hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is very smooth, silky, and very well balanced. It displays delicious cherry vanilla flavors with notes of black licorice and mint. The finish is pretty dry with tannins that persist for a really long time. This is clearly one of the best Spanish wines that I have had recently and it would be a perfect match for a grilled T-Bone steak. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Brilliant and deep red-pillory cherry with high layer. Complex wine where black fruits are emphasized, nuances of cigar layer and minerals from our soils. Power entrance in mouth with fresh by the way of the mouth. Elegant wine, corpulent and well balanced. There is toasted thanks to the well integrated wood, spices notes as nail and black pepper.

Organic status: not organic
