This dark ruby option from Domaine Oliver Hillaire opens with a very pleasant raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is round, a touch acidic, racy, very juicy, and has no hard edges. This tasty wine offers up juicy black cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and has noticeable tannins that will die down with time.
