Wine Review: This Italian wine from Bolgheri is impressive. It is dark ruby in color and opens with a very inviting black cherry bouquet with a hint of spice. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is quite smooth and elegant with delicious spicy blackberry flavors. The finish is quite dry with lengthy tannins that linger for quite some time. Enjoy this gem with filet mignon. Cheers – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby red color. Intense, ripe aromas of dried plums, dark berries and cocoa. Well-structured with nice acidity balancing the ripe fruit characters; lasting finish.
