Wine Review: This bright ruby colored wine was very well received by the folks that I had try it recently. It opens with a light black cherry bouquet with a hint of light oak and pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, with nicely integrated acidity, and juicy blackberry flavors. There are also notes of dried cranberry and dark chocolate as well. The finish is dry and its tannins are nicely managed and prolonged. This wine is very food friendly and versatile. It would pair well with a pork tenderloin covered in a brown sage sauce. Enjoy – Ken
