Wine Review: This wine was well received by a group that tasted it at a recent holiday party. This yellow colored wine opens with a fragrant ripe pear and apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is acidic with tart green apple and pineapple flavors. This offering has quite a bit more flavor and character than your typical Pinot Grigio. The finish is dry and a touch metallic. As I mentioned this affordable wine was well received and served with puffed pastry like hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Light straw in colour with brilliant clarity. A perfumed bouquet of orange blossom and pear is overlaid with enticing spicy notes. Elegant and refreshing, the Nobilo Regional Collection Pinot Grigio has been crafted in an off dry style. Showing excellent weight and balance this wine has a creamy texture complemented by gentle acidity. Flavors of ripe apple, melon and pear linger on the palate in a smooth, generous finish.
