This bright ruby colored wine opens with a raspberry and cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and soft with tasty black raspberry flavors. The finish is dry and its tannins linger nicely. I felt this wine would nicely complement my beef bourguignon recipe.
