Wine Review: This was the deepest yellow colored Riesling offering that I recently tried with Raimond Prum. It opens with a ripe pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, quite viscous and creamy. The flavor profile of ripe pears with a touch of lemon shows noticeable sweetness which Raimond agreed borders on the Spatlese level. The finish lingers and is quite refreshing. This wine could be served with sliced green apples or just be the dessert. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Light gold. Delicate nose of ripe peaches in combination with unique herbal aromatics. Extraordinary depth of flavor. Perfectly balanced fruit flavors with distinct minerality.
