Wine Review: Grillo is the white wine grape most famous for its use in marsala wine. In this offering, it is an interesting dry bright light yellow colored wine from Sicily. It opens with an attractive light white grape like bouquet with some delightful floral notes. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, smooth, and very well balanced. It has pear like flavors with some slight mineral notes. The finish is dry and subtle. The wine is food friendly and would pair nicely with swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
