Wine Review: I think this is the best Amancaya that I have tried to date. This bright ruby colored wine opens with a slight barnyard like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth with tasty black cherry flavors with notes of old oak and spice. The finish is quite dry and its tingly tannins have good length. This wine would pair well with veal medallions in a thick brown sauce. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep purple-red colour. Fruit driven wine, with appealing red and black cherries flavours, black plums, hint of mint and cedar. On the palate it has a nice tannic round texture. Notes of vanilla and chocolate. Nice to drink now or to be laid down.
