Wine Review: This dark ruby entry level Shiraz is quite nice. It opens with a light berry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and has no hard edges. The flavor profile is a tasty, but gentle black raspberry. The finish is dry and slightly prolonged. I found this wine to be very versatile for an Aussie Shiraz. It would pair nicely with meatloaf.
