On the palate, this medium bodied wine has tart cherry flavors with notes of vanilla. The finish is quite dry, warm, and its tannins are quite drawn out. The panel thought this Zin would pair nicely with port tenderloin. Enjoy – KWGTP Winemaker Notes: The 2005 Redemption is the product of a phenomenal vintage. It is classic Dry Creek with concentrated flavors of blackberries, blueberries, black cherry and a firm tannin structure. Those generous elements make this one of those Zins that could easily cellar for 5 to 9 years.
