Wine Review: This Chardonnay has to be one of the finest Chards we have ever tried. This golden yellow colored wine is just beautiful to look at. It opens with an inviting floral and honey like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, creamy, smooth, and extremely well balanced. The flavor profile is complex with ripe pear, butterscotch, and cantaloupe flavors. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine was just wonderful on its own and we felt it would also pair very well with a soft cheese based appetizer. Enjoy - Ken
