Wine Review: For an Aussie shiraz the bouquet of this wine was a bit shy. On the palate, this wine has great fruit flavors and is nicely balanced. This wine is not overdone and would match nicely with a nice steak. The finish has a touch of acid, is dry, and a bit extended. Enjoy – Ken
