Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with a raspberry like bouquet with notes of dark chocolate present as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and had a dry mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a dusty black cherry. The finish is quite dry and its tannins linger for quite some time. This very young wine would pair very well with meat lasagna. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The colour is a deep ruby with a purple edge. The syrah grape shows on the nose, with red fruit, black cherry and liquorice. On the palate this combines power with elegance/ with its velvety, fleshy texture. The finish shows the lift typical of the cooler parts of the Rhône valley.
