Wine Review: This dark ruby colored offering opens with a fragrant raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and elegant, and very approachable. My guess is this wine is more ready than the 2006 that I told you to cellar last year. The flavor profile is a spicy dark berry. The finish is dry and its managed tannins are nicely extended. Pair this wine with chicken parmigianna. Enjoy – Ken
