Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine from Rias Baisas is dangerous drinkable. It opens with an attractive green apple and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and lively with citrus fruit flavors. There is mouthwatering minerality as well. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine is a perfect summer wine. Enjoy it poolside and serve with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The flagship wine of the winery, it is a clear demonstration of the benefits of a wise mixture of grape varieties. The result is a wine with an interesting complex mix of aromas, combining white fruits, orange pips, and peel with fresh balsamic notes, supported by subtle floral and mineral hints. It enters the mouth smoothly, progressing towards a pleasant, sticky sweetness, accompanied by fresh, bright acidity, concluding with fleshy finish in the mouth, long and creamy.
