This dark ruby colored wine opens with a very attractive cherry like bouquet with some infused dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, ultra smooth, and balanced with delicious black cherry flavors. We found some blackberry notes mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its big tannins are quite prolonged. This wine would pair perfectly with prime rib. Enjoy this gem.
