On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and shows nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is red raspberry and strawberry with a hint of spice. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. We felt this wine was very food friendly and very easy to drink. Pair it with pork tenderloin and enjoy.
