Wine Review: This blend from Domenico is my favorite offering so far from their portfolio. This bright ruby colored wine opens with a cherry like bouquet with hints of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very easy to drink, and shows off very tasty cherry flavors. Initially there may be a touch of heat, but it’s manageable. On the finish this wine is dry and its noticeable tannins are very prolonged. I would pair this wine with chicken parmigianna. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Medium-bodied with slightly sweet entry and medium tannins. Aromas and flavors of dried fruit, red cherry and berries. Pairs well with red sauce pasta dishes, red meats, or grilled vegetables. Sangiovese is a classic grape of Tuscany’s Chianti.
