Wine Review: This pale straw colored Pinot Gris from Washington is a very good value. It opens with a bouquet featuring floral notes, pear and hints of lemon and green grass. It was medium bodied on the palate with some refreshing crisp acidity. We detected flavors of pear that carried over from the aroma, along with notes of golden delicious apple. This is a nice summer picnic wine to be served with smoked mussels, brie and pate. - Karen & Stuart

Winemaker Notes: This crisp, refreshing Pinot Gris offers aromas of fresh melon and green apple followed by flavors of pear and honeysuckle. Pair this wine with fruit salad, gourmet cheeses, grilled fish or seafood pasta.
