Wine Review: This pale straw colored Pinot Gris from Oregon opens with a light lime and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral laced Anjou pear with hints of green apple lime, and white pepper. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This is a nice everyday Pinot Gris that is food friendly. I would pair this wine with linguine with clams in a garlic white wine broth. Enjoy – Ken
