Wine Review: This light yellow colored Spanish white wine opens with a green apple and lime bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and crisp. It displays forward mineral flavors with hints of citrus. The finish is dry and its mineral notes linger. This wine is ideal for shellfish. I would pair it with steamed mussels or littlenecks with drawn butter. Enjoy - Ken
