Wine Review: This straw colored Albarino from Rias Baixas is very good. It opens with a wet stone and light tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused lime with notes of grapefruit and hints of lime and nectarine. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. I would pair this Albarino with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Albarino is richly textured and exotically intense. The salty sea breeze and granitic levels evident in a mouthwateringly mineral finish.
