Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon is very good. It opens with a mild strawberry and red cherry bouquet with a hint of faint oak. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced black raspberry with hints of red cherry, plum and black pepper. The finish is dry and quietly fades away. While the Panel liked this wine, it was not as complex as some of its peers. They suggested pairing it with a grilled lamb burger. Enjoy – KWGTP
